AirLnk Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how AirLnk processes and ships orders placed through https://airlnk.com.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
If AirLnk experiences a high order volume, inventory issue, address issue, or carrier delay, processing and delivery may take longer. If there is a material delay, AirLnk will contact the customer using the email or phone number provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates And Delivery Estimates
Shipping options, prices, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before payment.
Current domestic shipping options may include Economy shipping, estimated 5-8 business days; Standard shipping, estimated 3-4 business days; UPS Next Day Air when available; and Free Economy shipping for qualifying orders of $50 or more.
International shipping options may include calculated carrier rates when available. International delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless a carrier specifically guarantees the service.
Shipping Destinations
AirLnk may ship to the United States and selected international destinations where checkout allows shipping.
Some international markets, countries, regions, or addresses may be unavailable depending on Shopify, carrier, market, tax, duty, or fulfillment settings.
Customs, Duties, And Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges required by their country or region unless checkout specifically states otherwise.
Customs delays are outside AirLnk's control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
AirLnk is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, AirLnk may require the customer to pay additional shipping costs before reshipping.
Lost Or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows a package is delayed, lost, or delivered but not received, contact AirLnk through https://airlnk.com/pages/contact-us or sebastian@airlnk.com.
AirLnk will review the order and carrier tracking information. Depending on the situation, AirLnk may help file a carrier claim, issue a replacement, or provide another resolution.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact AirLnk within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item.
