We believe you're going to love your AirLnk. In the unlikely event it's not what you expected, return it within 30 days for a full refund, or exchange it for a different color or size.

The refund applies within 30 days of delivery — even if you've opened it, worn it, and used it. The only cost to you: return shipping.

Lifetime Chip Warranty

Every AirLnk product comes with a lifetime warranty on the NFC chip. If your chip ever stops working or malfunctions, we'll send you a free replacement band or card — you only cover the shipping for the defective unit.

How It Works

Email sebastian@airlnk.com or use our contact page with your order number. For warranty claims, briefly describe the issue (e.g. the band no longer triggers a tap on any phone). We'll send return instructions — please wait for them before shipping anything back.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within a few business days. Banks may take additional time to post it.

Damaged Or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — in those cases we cover the return label too.
